Terms & Conditions

1) Check Out time 10 A.M. Check In time 11.00 A.M.. For late CHECK-OUT Full Day Tariff.

2) It is compulsory to provide your Identification Document ie. Voter ID, Driving Licence or Adhar Card.

3) Non utilization of any sort of facility in the package shall not entitle the guest for a refund of any sort. This package does not include alcoholic drinks of any sort

4) Food will be served as our package plan not as per menu plan.Though minor changes are admissible.

5) General Discount of 10% for Booking more than two nights in C.P., M.A.P., A.P.

6) Management will be at liberty to rent out the room next day if not occupied on the reservation date.

7) Booking will be confirmed only after the money transfer in the Bank Account given.

8) Legal Jurisdiction will be Nainital only.

 

Refundable Policy (Same throughout the year)
a) 75% Refundable before 15 days of occupation of room.
b) 50% Refundable after 7 days till 15 days of occupation of room.
c) Less than 7 days No Refund.
e) Before 7 days of the Check - in date of guests 100% amount is refundable .
f) After 7 days of the Check-in date of guests amount is non - refundable
